I tried many helmets and the Giro Aeon is the best I have ever found. It fits great with many adjustments. It's light (222 grams in medium), comfortable, and well ventilated. The workmanship is excellent, with quality straps and removable padding that can go through a washing machine. I'm on my second Aeon, the first one having done its job in a major crash, with the helmet staying firmly in place and absorbing the blow when my head hit the pavement. The Giro Aeon may cost a bit more than other helmets, but it is well worth the price. I encourage anyone considering a Giro Aeon to check the fit and measure carefully. I wear a large in most other helmets, but the Aeon medium fits perfectly.

This helmet fits great and flows tons of air. I ride in South Carolina where summer temps are routinely in the mid to high 90's with 60% to 70% relative humidity. I can honestly say that after riding two hours plus I have forgotten the helmet was on! On top of the comfor factor, you can actually adjust the headband easily while riding. This level of comfort is well worth the price.

Feels like nothing at all - I really love this helmet.
Previously I used to get sweat dripping onto my glasses while working harder and/or for long periods but this helmet feels so light and so airy that it is just like riding without any helmet.
You feel the wind in your hair and all the sweat evaporates before streaming down onto your face. Size-wise it adjusts with a nice little switch for a perfect and firm fit.
It also scores very highly for looks in my book if you can imagine any helmet looking good. The only bad thing about this helmet is the high price tag. But then my head is worth it.
